On November 13, 2024, Traccom Inc. (the “Company”) acquired all of the issued and outstanding capital stock of Vulcain Inc. (“Vulcain”).  Upon completion of the acquisition of Vulcain the Company ceased operating its legacy business and Vulcain’s business became the Company’s sole operations.

The Vulcain Causal AI Platform, developed under a perpetual worldwide license from Eumonics Inc., is headed by Dr. Whitehair and his R&D scientists. It currently accesses over 750 million global AI-ready data series, (economic, financial, climate, demographic, environmental, etc.). Many of these AI-ready data series are proprietary, which when combined with a client’s data create a rich knowledge and intelligence environment. In effect, a “library” of Large Causal Model (LCM) knowledge features. Think of “Lego” blocks that can be used individually or referenced in any combination to create powerful new models for Vulcain, our clients or external data scientists and analysts to enhance their own AI-generated LLM forecasts.
